28. HISTORY FRAME WITH KEY PLAYER CHART (Reading, Writing)
 
Description: History Frames are graphic organizers that help students bring together the many elements of an event in history.
 
Application: Use as a homework device or during guided reading.

Process: Hand out a frame (addendum below) to each student and direct them to fill in as information is revealed.  When frames are complete, place students into groups of three or four and allow time for discussion and revision.
