Description: Science Lab Reports are graphic organizers that help students bring together the many parts of a science experiment.

Application: Use before, during, and after a science experiment.

Process: Place students into partnerships. Hand out a Lab Report (Addendum below) to each pair and direct them to fill in information as it is revealed.  Review reports in a whole class discussion, focusing on the steps and results.
